Monthly Maintenance Membership (MMM)

The stress levels are picking higher or lower every day and even more so when out of ordinary things happen!
The stress hormones are building up in our body and sometimes it just doesn’t take much for the whole system to explode.

The explosion may vary from person to person.
Overwhelm, anger, inability to move forward, being argumentative, explosive,
mood swings, abandoning yourself and your needs.

Add to it certain times in monthly cycles, hormonal changes influencing our day to day energy levels/actions/behaviours and moods and you are ending up where you never planned to be!
Sometimes it is not easy to get back to the best version of yourself.

The idea behind Monthly Maintenance Membership (MMM) is to give you space for that much needed time of relaxation, calmness, mood improvement, feeling of balance and grounding.
Dedicate the time for “me-time” and invest in your well-being and health.

Something to look forward to for yourself or as a gift to the person you want to show your appreciation.

How does Monthly Maintenance Membership work?

One-off treatments are priced as per my price list (for example £45 or £60, depending on the therapy).

With Monthly Maintenance Membership (MMM), you’re not paying for a “set treatment” — you’re investing in my time and your wellbeing.

Choose your monthly time block: 40, 50, 60, 90 or 120 minutes.

What happens when you’re a member?

  • You choose (or mix & match) your treatment depending on how you’re feeling that month.
  • The price list value doesn’t matter — your membership time is what counts.
  • If you only have 45 minutes available, I can adjust the cost accordingly. I’m flexible.
  • Simply text me the day before with what you feel you need — and if you’re unsure, I’ll help you choose.

Example months (so you can picture it)

January (tight back/neck/shoulders):

I might suggest Indian Head Massage with elements of Facial Reflexology or a hand/shoulder focus to help you soften tension and feel grounded again.

February (you’re prone to migraines):

We can plan a session before your usual migraine window — for example Facial Reflexology with elements of Indian Head Massage, or Facial Cupping to support circulation and ease build-up.

If you’re open to it, we can also gently explore possible triggers (timing, food, stress, sleep) — a simple note on your phone can be really helpful.

March (sleep changes, hot flushes, hormonal shifts):

I’d often recommend Reflexology — deeply relaxing and supportive for the nervous system, sleep patterns, and hormone-related symptoms. We tailor it to what’s most present for you (digestion, fatigue, immunity, menopause support, stress…).
