Add to it certain times in monthly cycles, hormonal changes influencing our day to day energy levels/actions/behaviours and moods and you are ending up where you never planned to be! Sometimes it is not easy to get back to the best version of yourself.
The idea behind Monthly Maintenance Membership (MMM) is to give you space for that much needed time of relaxation, calmness, mood improvement, feeling of balance and grounding.
Dedicate the time for “me-time” and invest in your well-being and health.
Something to look forward to for yourself or as a gift to the person you want to show your appreciation.

How does it work?
One off treatments are priced as per price-list.
One treatment can cost £45 and the other £60
When you subscribe for your Monthly Maintenance Membership, you pay for my time. You can choose to invest in 40, 50, 60, 90 or 120 minutes.
We work together towards your well-being.
If you are available for 45 minutes treatment at the time, then I will set the pricing accordingly.
I am flexible!
With the Monthly Maintenance Membership it doesn’t matter how much the treatment is worth on my price list, you get to choose/ mix and match for a perfect outcome.
You choose a day before what exactly you would like to go for by texting me, the treatment depends on your current needs and I can help you decide which one to choose if you are hesitating.
Example:
You are subscribed for MMM – 50 minutes
Just before your January treatment you are feeling very tense in your back/neck/shoulders. Based on those information and consultation beforehand I could suggest you to experience Indian Head Massage with the elements of Facial reflexology or hands massage.
February: You know you always get migraine at certain time of the month, I could suggest you to have Facial Reflexology with elements of Indian Head Massage or Facial Cupping to get the things flowing and either avoid it or lessen the regular symptoms (the treatment would need to take place before the migraine happens! It is worth observing and making notes when it happens, so if you are not tracking it yet, please consider it, that includes of what foods you have eaten to determine possible triggers), we could also have a chat about those triggers known and unknown to you, and see how these can be managed/changed.
March. You could think go for exactly the same treatment as in February, or just try something else. For example you have noticed that you are starting to experience hot flushes during the night. I would definitely suggest session of reflexology. Which is very relaxing, has ability to loosen the tension in all the body, improve the sleep patterns, alleviate hot flushes or get them much less of a bother and many more – depends on what areas of your health needing attention. (Digestion? Nervous system? Boosting immune system? Fatigue? Menopause? – so much we can try to improve! the list goes on…)
