The pillow I travel with.
And I am not even joking here. If I go on holiday, I take my pillow with me… I don’t want my time off to be ruined by not being able to move without pain. And having to look for emergency massage appointment, while putting on side plans.
If my clients tell me they slept in an awkward way, my first question is…
“What type of pillow you are sleeping on?”
Because, if you spend 8-9h sleeping on it. It is a BASIC item you need to invest in.
This is for both: side sleepers and those who choose to sleep on their back.
Your spine, your neck and back muscles will be grateful.

It is best to check the sizing of the pillow before you purchase. If you have any doubts about which pillow to choose do not hesitate to contact me and I will be happy to help out with extra details. I personally use Sissel Soft Plus – Made in Sweden. It has got an extra ‘platform’ to make it couple of centimetres higher. For me- It’s been life changing.
Those pillows should be changed every 4-5 years according to Sissel guidance. Although the covers are washable, I still use regular cotton pillow case on the top of original cover, so it matches the rest of my bed linen.
